New Skills

Oliver has picked up some new skills lately. His new favorite thing to do is color. These are some pictures from our trip to Utah. Oliver loved coloring with my Mom. Now that we are home, the kid is obsessed! If he sees paper, pens, crayons, pencils,..... you get the idea he just says, "Color" over and over until you bust it out. Unfortunatly he isn't so keen on just doing it alone, he's more of a dictator. He gets the crayon and points where he wants you to color. Oh well, I guess he's enjoying it.

Awh, I love coloring. I can't wait for Amy to do it. I've been working with her a little, and she'll make a few marks, but she'd rather eat the crayon. Can't wait until THAT stage goes away!

Yes, I have been trying to get Kate to color (ever since we got together for dinner with you guys actually), but to no avail. It goes straight in her mouth after making a dot on the paper. Maybe in a couple months?

Happy Birthday to Zack! So, this post isn't about that, but I just saw Greg's post, so I thought I'd send a comment. Yes, I stalk their blog. It's true!

Chloe I appreciate the blog stalking - but I really hope you voted for me and not for gjd on the pot never boils question. Never boils over? How riduculous is that!

Also where is the love - Shannon - I think you should do a post titled "100 things I love about Zack" it would be awesome, romantic, and I just know that Zack would love it.

I like the 100 things about Zack idea. Shan, I think you should try and make that as awesome as the blog we showed you. That means sharing highly inappropriate details about Zack's life. Inquiring minds want to know.

Also - vote for "A watched pot never boils over!" When you think about it, doesn't that really make more sense than "A watched pot never boils?"

Thanks Chloe! Congrats on the million grad school acceptances! My only question--why no apps to MA?!

And yes, where is the love Shan? I thought our marriage was solid--built on bloggable qualities. Am I wrong?

Of course I love you Zack, you are blog worthy!! I will get on it right away. Okay maybe not right away because Oliver just woke up from his nap. So I guess later.
I still love you even if I didn't conform to the blogging norm of posting a Birthday wish to my wonderful hubby!
